Zusammenfassung

Allianz Global Investors seeks a Financial Analyst to manage capital and cash resources, ensure global liquidity, meet financing needs, and report to stakeholders. You will monitor FX exposures, support dividend planning, and coordinate shareholder approvals to drive profitable growth and efficient operations.

You will prepare quarterly cash flows for European entities, contribute to Capital Adequacy Cockpit, and assist audits and continuous improvement of external deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Develop strategies to mitigate residual FX risks and protect financial stability.
• Support BoM, GFRC, GMAC approvals to enable smooth decision-making.
• Assist with dividend planning and impairment testing.
• Provide support for audits, surveys, QA and continuous improvement of external deliverables.

Jobbeschreibung

As a Financial Analyst you will manage AllianzGI's capital and cash resources to ensure global liquidity, meet financing needs, and comply with Shareholder Capital Standards.

You will also monitor foreign exchange (FX) exposures, mitigate related risks, and report to internal stakeholders and the shareholder.

You will coordinate shareholder approvals to support profitable growth and efficient operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage bank exposures and CRisP limits, including regional limit allocations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Prepare quarterly cash flow statements for European legal entities, including comprehensive reporting to AAM and completion of the Capital Adequacy Cockpit.
• Prepare for Capital and Liquidity Working Group meetings and contribute to shareholder reporting.
• Monitor and execute major FX transactions, and prepare detailed monthly FX reports, including thorough analyses of results.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate residual FX risks and protect financial stability.
• Facilitate Board of Management approvals (BoM, GFRC, GMAC) to ensure smooth and efficient decision-making processes.
• Support dividend planning and impairment testing.
• Provide professional support for internal and external audits and surveys, as well as quality assurance and continuous improvement of external deliverables.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in financial services; asset management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear management recommendations.
• Initial project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Technology- and AI-savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging digital tools to drive efficiency and process improvements.
