Zusammenfassung

Rise Technical supports a rapidly growing green energy company in Germany to appoint a Financial Accountant who will shape the financial infrastructure and streamline internal functions. You will own day-to-day accounting and deliver accurate statements for global executive reporting.

You will work with group subsidiaries to reconcile accounts, build scalable controlling workflows, and contribute to growth initiatives. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in German Commercial Code (HGB) expected.
• Fluent German and professional English proficiency.
• Commercial training as Financial/Balance Sheet Accountant is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of bringing the accounting function in-house.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable, bank, cash, asset accounting and payroll assistance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile intra-group accounts with subsidiaries and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up workflows and controlling structures to support growth.

They have seen great success and rapidly expanded their German team in recent years, are now looking to appoint an ambitious leader to take ownership of financial activities and fuel future growth.

In this role, you will handle all day-to-day operations, deliver accurate financial statements, and collaborate with group subsidiaries to reconcile accounts. Working alongside international leadership, you will build scalable controlling workflows and translate local financial performance for global executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training as a Financial or Balance Sheet Accountant, possess a strong foundation in German Commercial Code, and speak fluent German alongside proficient English.

The Role:

• Take ownership of bringing the accounting function entirely in-house

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with group subsidiaries to reconcile intra-group accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Set up workflows and controlling structures to support business growth
