As Finance IT Operations Lead (m/w/d), you will lead a team of three experts responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving our finance applications. Acting as the primary link between IT and Finance, you ensure system stability, performance, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who not only develops the team but also takes ownership of certain Finance IT applications and supports day-to-day operations.

Your Impact

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT Application Managers providing 1st and 2nd level support for Finance applications

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of finance-related systems (e.g., SAP, Lucanet, TravelPerk, Yokoy, Kendox, Windata) and payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, GoCardless)

• Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management according to ITIL standards

• Act as the main IT contact for Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Drive projects and support digital transformation and automation initiatives within Finance

• Manage governance and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and budget control
