United States Digital Space LLC in Berlin is seeking a Finance Intern to join our founding team for a 3–6 month internship, working directly with our CFO on financial systems, models, and insights that move the business forward.

What You’ll Do

• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Maintain and improve our financial models, including cost structures, P&L, CapEx, and cash flow
• Prepare investor materials and support our equity and debt fundraising processes
• Build internal tools and processes for finance and operations
• Contribute to pricing strategy and business model development
• Work across teams to support decision‑making with clear financial insights
