Our client is a food production (private label) company based in the region of Berlin. The company has 3 plants, employs approx. 700 fte and is part of a Group (PE held) with its head-office in The Netherlands. To strengthen its Management Team they are now looking to recruit a Finance Director.

Positie

• To lead the finance function of this acquired company
• Monitors and reports timely on the financial performance of the company (monthly, quarterly, annually) to the Board of Management as well as the Supervisory Board
• To implement the Group reporting standards
• To interact frequently with the head office in the Netherlands
• Report to Group CFO

Profiel

• Completed Master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration
• 15 yrs+ experience having worked at least 5-10 yrs in a (food) manufacturing environment.
• Solid stakeholder management skills as a statutory FD
• Previous exposure with private equity is a plus
• Fluency in German and English is required.
