Job summary

Oras is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our Central Europe business and Product Management organization. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and inform strategic decisions with data-driven financial insights.

You’ll influence pricing, profitability, and commercial performance management, while leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, pricing, profitability, and financial planning.
• Experience partnering with commercial and/or product management organizations.
• Proven track record of supporting strategic decisions and delivering actionable business insights.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, pricing, profitability, and financial planning

• Experience partnering with commercial and/or product management organizations

• Proven track record of supporting strategic decisions and delivering impactful business insights

• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations

• Strong analytical skills combined with commercial acumen

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge constructively

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes

• Fluent in German and English
