Qualifikationen

European Test Services (ETS) B.V. – an AIRBUS and IABG joint venture – serves as the driving force behind the operations and maintenance of the prestigious European Space Agency (ESA) test centre, located in the Netherlands. ETS is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Administration Manager, responsible for the accounting, controlling, procurement and administration operations of ETS. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the ETS Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the administration team’s tasks and processes.

  • Leading the administration and procurement team of ETS
  • Conducting the company's accounting, controlling and invoicing functions, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as the preparation of annual accounts
  • Supporting the Managing Director in the preparation of financial reports and strategic financial forecasts to be presented to the supervisory board
  • Primarily responsible for ensuring the compliance to fiscal requirements in The Netherlands and main contact for tax advisors, financial auditors and fiscal authorities
  • Supporting proposal preparation and contract negotiations regarding financial aspects
  • Responsible for the purchase, procurement and supplier management processes, and support to procurement tasks and supplier evaluation tasks performed by the procurement team
  • Resonsible for the administrative processes including supporting software (Exact, Synergy)
  • Focal point for GDPR, company insurances, EU export control and customs
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge in the field of accounting and controlling in combination with Exact/Synergy platform (minimum 5 years)
  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • A proactive and communicative approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines
  • The ability to organize effectively and maintain precision, ensuring that all team members and stakeholders submit their input promptly for the compilation of financial accounts and liquidity forecasts.
  • Team lead experience would be an asset
  • Dutch language skills would be an asset
  • Assure accurate financial forecasts and a timely and correctly delivered yearly financial statement
  • Manage and coordinate the administration and procurement team tasks to ensure seamless and in‑time execution of all their tasks
