Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker oder Elektroingenieur.
• 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Service.
• Bereitschaft für Reisen (ca. 60% der Zeit).
• Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von 3D-Finishing-Systemen.
• Einführung von Schlüsselnutzern in die Systembedienung.
• Durchführung von Ferninstallationen und Wartungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam zur Produktverbesserung.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training.
• Your previous professional experience of 2-4 years will convince you with your expertise.
• Service is your top priority and you are keen to support our European customers on site and are willing to travel approximately 60% of the time.
• You have already worked with a PC and are familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience with tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
• You have a good command of German and English to be able to communicate easily with our customers.
• Driving license class B.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• To ensure excellent technical service, you will carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of our 3D finishing systems at our customers in Europe.
• There you will also introduce the key users to the basics of system operation.
• After you have familiarized yourself intensively with our systems, you will also carry out remote installations and maintenance as well as telephone problem analyses at the customer's premises from our offices in Planegg.
• In your very varied area of responsibility, you will work closely with our development team to continuously improve our products and will also be in close contact with other departments such as product management, development and sales.
