This position will cover the NRW/Kassel area, therefore we are looking for applicants within this region

Fujifilm Healthcare Germany is looking for a Field Service Engineer US/ES to deliver the highest levels of technical solution to solve our customer service issues, working within our Ultrasound and Endoscopy division.

The position holder manages all customer cases recorded at headquarters or reported directly to them, from error analysis, material planning, quotation preparation, and repair. Furthermore, they support the sales and application teams within their team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service work, including troubleshooting and repairs to our ultrasound and endoscope systems at the customer's site.
• Preparation of test reports, test images, material planning, and cost estimates using our service tool.
• You will be the primary contact for your customers regarding all technical issues.
• Independent resource planning using the company's internal service software.
• Quality Management: Ensure execution of company and country specific business processes in line with internal expectations as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulations.

Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a medical technician or electronics technician or completed studies in a related technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in technical service.
• Safe use of common office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.).
• Good English skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
