Field Service Engineer Main Responsibilities

• Professional, needs, and timely execution of service operations for installation, maintenance, and maintenance of our products on customers' ships
• Perception of national, European and possibly global service operations
• Documentation of the work carried out and creation of service reports
• Support of customer support / international service coordinator for technical inquiries
• Preparation and implementation of training for customers and partner service providers in the operation and maintenance of products
• Preparation and checking of systems and devices in the workshop

Field Service Engineer Ideal Candidate

• Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Several years of professional experience as a field service technician or in a similar position
• Well-founded knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of technical devices and systems
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Willingness to travel
• Business level fluency in English
• Business level fluency in Germany would be advantageous
