Mistral is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to lead the field marketing strategy, events, ABM programs, and partner marketing initiatives. You will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth in a fast-growing AI-focused company.

You'll own end-to-end planning, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and communications. Fluency in German and English is required; relocation support may be available.

• Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget aligned with field marketing objectives.
• Monitor and report on progress against objectives and the regional territory plan. Analyze campaign-level results, extract learnings, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
• Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure program success from sales, product marketing, demand gen, comms, public affairs.

Role Summary

As Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will own and execute Mistral's field marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You'll lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of external events, owned events, localized campaigns, ABM initiatives, and partner marketing activities.

About you

• Enterprise B2B tech background, with a deep understanding of enterprise selling and B2B tech business models.
• Proven experience managing field marketing programs in the DACH region.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver, able to translate business needs into actionable field marketing plans.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Self-starter mindset: Result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and intellectually curious.
• No ego, highly committed, with a growth mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
