Role Summary

As a Field Service Engineer at Pylontech, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of our cutting‑edge BESS and inverter technologies. Key Responsibilities

• On‑Site Technical Support: Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pylontech's BESS and inverter systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, leveraging your in‑depth knowledge of energy storage technologies.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary on‑site liaison, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Service Solutions: Conduct site acceptance tests, perform repairs and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect and report customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the PV inverter and energy storage system industry, with a strong understanding of BESS technologies.
