The team spread across different continents is coordinated from our office in Munich.

This job is open ONLY to candidates who are physically in EU and have permission to work here. We do not arrange for visas.

Tasks

• Follow up coordinate and update team members and factories on pending information related to samples colors orders and delivery.
• Creating and maintaining the delivery schedule using simple excel sheets.
• Maintaining a filing system for relevant orders.
• Understanding and helping the team maintain quality standards.
• Prepare sample packages for clients to review.

Requirements

• Physically in EU or have the legal right to work here.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in textiles is preferred but not necessary.
• Work student freshly out of college or experienced.
• Good spoken and written English language is essential for the role.
• Reasonable experience of using MS Office.
