Overview

To support our operations team in Henstedt-Ulzburg (in the Hamburg metropolitan area), we are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist (m/f/d).

Location: Henstedt-Ulzburg, Hamburg metropolitan area

Responsibilities

• Incoming goods inspection and booking, including document processing.
• Storing and removing goods from storage.
• Picking fasteners, small components, and various chemicals and hazardous goods for use in the aerospace industry.
• Consolidating goods and packaging according to the individual requirements of each customer.
• Packaging in accordance with IATA and ICAO regulations.
• Conducting regular inventories and measures to ensure compliance with all quality standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, or similar.
• At least one year of experience in a comparable position in warehousing/logistics.
• German language at business fluent level (B2 or better).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Familiar with standard software and common merchandise management systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
• Forklift license and knowledge of IATA and ICAO are desirable.
• General knowledge of written English is welcome.

Zu Deinen Kernaufgaben zählen

• Die Wareneingangskontrolle und -buchung inkl. Dokumentenbearbeitung.
• Die Warenein- & Auslagerung.
• Das Kommissionieren von Verbindungselementen, Kleinbauteilen sowie diversen Chemikalien und Gefahrengütern für die Verwendung in der Luft- & Raumfahrt.
• Die Konsolidierung der Ware und Verpackung gemäß individueller Ansprüche der jeweiligen Kunden.
• Das Verpacken gem. IATA und ICAO Vorschriften.
• Die Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inventuren & Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards.

Mindestanforderungen

• Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft (m/w/d) für Lagerlogistik, Fachlagerist (m/w/d) o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Lager/Logistik.
• Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (B2 oder besser).

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen & Skills

• Umgang mit Standardsoftware und gängigen Warenwirtschaftssystemen (SAP-Erfahrung ist ein Plus).
• Gabelstaplerführerschein & Kenntnisse gem. IATA und ICAO.
• Englische Sprache in Schriftform ist von Vorteil.
