PwC Germany is seeking an Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) to join our Business Services division starting March 2026. You will lead technical engagement management for the S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring a near-standard solution aligned with industry needs.

The role requires several years of experience in SAP engagement management, ideally with S/4HANA Public Cloud and multi-tenant/public cloud environments, plus SSCUI knowledge.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) information technology, economics, or comparable degree program.
• Several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., sales/opportunity/project management.
• Ideally with knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management (sales, material master, pricing, CPM, EPPM).
• Fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
• Analytical, independent, and structured approach; strong communication for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Products & Technology team; assume technical responsibility for engagement management in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Define guidelines, standards, and solution architecture for engagement management; evaluate S/4HANA Public Cloud innovations.
• Ensure provisioning and maintenance of S/4HANA-based processes; end-to-end integration; support Level 3 and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate and implement cloud innovations (e.g., RPA and ML).

Job description

We are looking for a Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) to join our Business Services division starting from March 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility - You will be part of the Products & Technology team and will assume technical responsibility for the engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring a solution that is close to standard functions and industry requirements.
• Guidelines - You will define guidelines, standards, and the solution architecture for EM to ensure that they are in line with our future system landscape. In addition, you will evaluate S/4 HANA Public Cloud innovations and support continuous improvement.
• Integration - You will ensure the provision and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA-based processes and solutions within the EM area, as well as their end-to-end integration. In addition, you will support Level 3 support and root cause analysis within S/4HANA Cloud, x-BOS solutions, and technical integration.
• Innovations - You evaluate and implement cloud innovations that can bring improvements through technologies such as RPA and ML.

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable degree program.
• You have several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., in sales/opportunity/project management. Ideally, you have initial experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and implementation in a multi-tenant/public cloud environment.
• In addition, you ideally have knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management, including sales, material master, pricing, CPM, and EPPM.
• You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
• Your analytical, independent, and structured approach to work supports you defining guidelines. Furthermore, your communication enables effective collaboration with various teams.
