Zusammenfassung

Fressnapf Deutschland sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für SAP-Autorisierungmanagement in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Rolle der Berechtigungsverwaltung, analysieren Berechtigungsprobleme und unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Praxis im SAP-Berechtigungsumfeld, Kenntnisse in Governance, Sicherheit und S/4HANA mit und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im SAP-Authorizations-Management.
• Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen zur Ableitung effizienter Autorisierungslösungen.
• Sicherheitsanforderungen und Governance im Berechtigungsumfeld.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Anpassung und Pflege von SAP-Autorisierungsrollen.
• Analyse von Berechtigungsproblemen, Root-Cause-Analyse und nachhaltige Lösungen.
• Durchführung von SoD-Analysen zur risikobewussten Berechtigungsstruktur.
• Beratung von Fachbereichen zu Autorisierungsanforderungen und Umsetzung von Business Needs.
• Beratung und Schulung von Stakeholdern zu SAP-Autorisierungsthemen.
• Beitrag zu SAP-Initiativen wie Fiori- und S/4HANA-Projekten.

• You will take ownership of SAP role customization and continuously maintain and enhance existing authorization concepts to ensure secure and reliable access management.
• Analyzing and resolving authorization-related challenges will be a core part of your role, including identifying root causes and developing sustainable solutions.
• Security and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses will be conducted by you to support compliant and risk-aware authorization structures.
• Working closely with internal business teams, you will provide guidance on authorization requirements and support the implementation of business needs.
• Through consulting and training activities, you will help stakeholders understand and effectively manage SAP authorization topics.
• You will contribute to an environment that leverages modern SAP technologies, including SAP Fiori and S/4HANA-related initiatives.
