Ethos is seeking experienced Engagement Managers, Project Leaders, and Case Team Leaders to help train our latest language model on professional presentation tasks. If you have 5+ years at a top strategy firm and a track record leading teams, you’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across deck architecture, storyline reviews, and executive synthesis.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours and ASAP start.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. MBB) including team leadership at EM/PL level.
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling full client deliverables.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced engagement managers and project leaders from top strategy consulting firms who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for Engagement Managers, Project Leaders, and Case Team Leaders with 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: deck architecture, storyline reviews, executive-level synthesis, steering committee presentations, quality control of team‑produced slides, and partner‑ready deliverables.

Compensation

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
