KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany invites an Expert (m/f/d) Controlling to join the Central Functions hub. You will steer finance for selected Group and Global Functions, provide planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance with a data-driven mindset.

You will drive transparency, cost management and continuous improvement across functional cost, KPI reporting, and S/4HANA analytics, partnering with senior leaders and other hubs in a hybrid work setup within Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning, Business Steering or Finance.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Good understanding of SAP/S4HANA controlling environments.
• Ability to communicate financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working.
• Excellent English and German skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop meaningful management reporting and KPI-based insights.
• Act as functional counterpart in the further development of S/4HANA reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into reporting concepts and analytical solutions.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across functions.
• Lead improvement initiatives to simplify planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with Business Functions and other Expert Hubs.

Join us as Expert (m/f/d) Controlling - Central Functions and work closely with senior leaders to steer global functions through financial insights, governance, reporting, and strategic decision support.

Within the Expert Hub Sales Controlling & Functional Cost , you will act as a trusted financial counterpart to selected Group and Global Functions. Combining the mindset of a financial advisor with the expertise of a controlling specialist, you will support leadership teams in making informed decisions, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and translate data into actionable business insights. At the same time, you will drive transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across functional cost management, planning, reporting, and governance.

Your Responsibilities:

Financial Steering & Management Support

• Act as the primary finance contact for assigned Group and Global Functions
• Support leaders in planning, forecasting and financial decision making

Your Profile:
