Job summary

Exyte GmbH is seeking an Expert Corporate Production Management to implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across international projects. You will train teams, optimize Lean tools, and drive a high-performance culture. Regular weekly travel to project sites is required, and fluency in German and English is essential.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and ongoing Lean process improvements to deliver efficient production control in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering or project management.
• Understand lean principles and experience implementing Lean project delivery.
• Experience in construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops.
• Hands-on mentality and drive for sustainable improvements.
• Willingness to travel weekly to project sites (up to five days).
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across project phases using PPM, LPS and Exyte software.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Implementing Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM (Project Production Management), LPS (Last Planner System), and Exyte standard software.

• Training project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.

• Continuously improving and optimizing standardized Lean tools and methods in close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control.

• Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean Design and Construction-related topics within projects.

Show your expertise

• A degree in engineering or project management.

• Understanding of lean principles, experience in implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies.

• Experience in construction projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.

• A hands-on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.

• Readiness to undertake regular weekly travel to our project sites for up to five days per week to support and train teams in the implementation of Lean principles and production control.

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
