Job summary

MediaMarktSaturn is seeking a Compliance professional to drive the ongoing development of the Group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) and act as a subject matter expert for compliance in an international environment. You will implement, harmonize and optimize policies, standards and controls, while monitoring regulatory changes and managing risk assessments.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, several years in compliance/risk areas, and strong CMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, ICS, Governance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, governance and risk & control frameworks.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and evaluating compliance controls.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the design, implementation and testing of compliance controls.
• Coordinate the assessment, investigation and remediation of reported compliance concerns.
• Support the design and execution of compliance awareness, communication and training initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, KPI analyses and presentations for senior management and governance bodies.

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, compliance governance and risk & control frameworks
• Experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating compliance controlsStrong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• German and English language skills, both written and spoken
