Charlie Health is seeking an Experiential Facilitator to deliver remote group psycho-education and interventions in a telehealth setting. This role requires a minimum commitment of 9 hours per week, including weekday evenings.
Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in mental health and a background in experiential therapies. Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions and collaborating with the treatment team.

Charlie Health is a pioneer in its approach to mental health treatment, combining clinical care with experiential therapies. The Experiential Facilitator will deliver remote, telehealth group psycho‑education and experiential interventions, supporting clients in a virtual setting. This is a contract 1099 position with a minimum commitment of 9 hours per week, including 2 nights a week from 3–9 pm MST Monday‑Thursday.
Based on the nature of this role, you will need to complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients. Florida requires a fingerprint‑based background check; the cost for this background check will be paid for in full by Charlie Health.
Note to Colorado applicants: Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. This role is not available to candidates in Illinois.
