Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations of businesses and assets for transactions, financial reporting and tax purposes using income, market and asset-based approaches.
• Develop and review financial models supporting strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and investment appraisal.
• Analyse historical financial performance, forecasts and free cash flows to understand key drivers of value.
• Conduct company, industry and market research and translate findings into commercial insights.
• Participate in management discussions, interviews and site visits as part of valuation and analysis.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, reports and presentations and communicate findings to clients.
• Support clients in evaluating the significance of findings and implications for transactions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple disciplines.

Your key responsibilities

As part of the Strategy and Transactions team, you will:

• Perform valuations of businesses and assets for transactions, financial reporting, and tax purposes, using income, market and asset-based approaches.

To qualify for the role, you should have

• Experience in either accounting, audit, corporate finance, banking, investment, financial modelling, or another relevant experience in professional services firms.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
