AUMOVIO sucht einen erfahrenen ASIC-Analog-Design-Ingenieur (m/w/d) zur Entwicklung analoger und gemischt-signal Hochspannungs-Schaltungen für Automotive-Anwendungen. Sie übernehmen transistor-level Designs, unterstützen analoge Blöcke, Schnittstellen und Integration, arbeiten eng mit anderen Design-Teams zusammen und tragen zur Sicherheit und Innovation im nächsten Automotive-Ökosystem bei.

Sie betreuen Junioren, arbeiten mit Digital-Design, Layout, Verifikation und Test zusammen, und fördern

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Nachweis von analog/mixed-signal High-Voltage ASIC-Design im Automotive-Bereich.
• Erfahrung mit analog-on-top Simulationen und Mixed-Signal-Verifikation.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für tranzistor-level Design komplexer Analog- und Mixed-Signal-Schaltungen in Abstimmung mit anderen Designern.
• Definition und Umsetzung analoger Blöcke in BCD-Technologien (SMPS, LDOs, Gate-Treiber, Sensor-Schnittstellen, Schutzschaltungen).
• Aufbrechen von Systemanforderungen in Blockziele und Unterstützung bei Spezifikationen.
• Abstimmung von Chip-Anforderungen mit internen Kunden und Stakeholdern.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Digital-, Layout-, Verifikations- und Test-Teams.
• Leitung von Chip-Level- und Analog-on-Top-Integrationsaktivitäten, inkl. Schaltpland Konsistenz, Simulationen und Schnittstellenabgleich.
• Mentoring von Junior-Ingenieuren und Wissenstransfer im Analog-Design-Team.

Job Description

As an Experienced ASIC Analog Design Engineer (m/f/d), you will contribute to the development of analog and mixed-signal high-voltage integrated circuits for automotive applications, such as sensor interfaces and smart power devices. You will take ownership of complex transistor-level analog designs, support analog-on-top and chip-level integration, break down requirements into block-level design targets, and mentor junior engineers. Your work will contribute to the safety, efficiency, and innovation of next-generation automotive systems.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the transistor-level design of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits in coordination with other designers


• Defining and implementing analog blocks in BCD technologies, such as SMPSs, LDOs, gate drivers, charge pumps, sensor interfaces, and protection circuits


• Breaking down system-level requirements into block-level design targets and support specification clarification


• Discussing and investigating chip requirements with internal customers and align technical assumptions with stakeholders


• Collaborating with digital design, layout, verification, and test teams to support smooth chip integration


• Driving chip-level and analog-on-top integration activities, including schematic consistency, simulations, and interface alignment


• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the analog design team

Qualifications

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or comparable qualification


• Expert level of experience in analog/mixed-signal high-voltage, high-power ASIC design in the automotive domain


• Longterm Experience with analog-on-top simulation environments and mixed-signal verification


• Strong Knowledge of BCD technologies


• Proven track record of tape-outs and successful silicon validation


• Knowledge of functional safety and reliability engineering


• Exposure to EMC/ESD design and robustness testing


• Strong understanding of analog circuit theory, and physical layout considerations


• Familiarity with automotive-grade design constraints and qualification processes


• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
