Bachelor’s degree required. 15+ years of experience in executive security leadership roles, including CISO, Security Practice Leader, or equivalent, preferably within Healthcare Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences organizations.
Proven experience leading and scaling enterprise security programs, operations, teams, and capabilities.
Experience in executive-level consulting, sales, or client-facing leadership roles.
Strong expertise in security strategy, risk management, and aligning cybersecurity initiatives to business objectives.
Hands-on experience with modern security technologies and practices, including SIEM, IAM, threat and vulnerability management, endpoint, network and cloud security, application/product security, and AI security.
Demonstrated success establishing security governance, metrics, board-level reporting, and vendor management programs.
Ability to articulate and demonstrate the business value of cybersecurity to executive and board audiences.
Prior consulting experience with a large consulting firm preferred but not required.
