Your Job
  • Act as a reliable and trusted partner for both CFOs, ensuring efficient coordination and enabling the execution of strategic priorities
  • Manage written and spoken correspondence, independently drafting high-quality communications in German and English
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and international business travel with accuracy, foresight, and ownership
  • Plan, organize, and support internal and external events
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, documents, and decision papers
  • Independently manage confidential processes and documents with the highest degree of discretion and integrity
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and assume operational responsibilities to relieve the CFOs
  • Collaborate closely within the two-person CFO Office team, supporting both CFOs and ensuring seamless mutual coverage
Your Profile
  • Several years (5+ years) of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable high-performance environment (e.g., consulting, finance, strategy)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive, solution-driven working style
  • Confident, open, and professional demeanor with strong service orientation in both personal and virtual interactions
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Well-versed in standard IT applications and modern digital collaboration tools
  • Experience in project work or process optimization is a strong asset
  • Keen perception, willingness to take on varied tasks, and a convincing, reliable presence combined with a high degree of ownership
