As the Executive Assistant to the Founder of Constructor Group, you'll be in a highly visible role at the center of fast-paced activity, using your superior organizational, project, and time management skills. The role is for Problem Solvers and seeking development and challenge. You will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative support for the Executive and his family, leading a team of 2-3 Executive Assistants and 15+ supporting personas (drivers, housemaids, chefs, etc) as the main interface for all tasks including coordination of meetings and appointments, travel, events and beyond.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned manager, master of logistics planning, has the ability to anticipate needs, incredible attention to detail, and flawless execution of multiple priorities with the ability to delegate across a team of EAs. You must understand what it takes to support an Executive at this level, with the flexibility and eagerness to work on-demand as needed. It is critical that you are able to use discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information and senior leaders.
