We are looking for a very organized Executive Assistant at our headquarter in Berlin who will be the right hand of our CEO.

What will you get to do in this Executive Assistant role?

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a critical role in enabling one of the driving forces behind Nelly to operate at maximum impact. This role goes far beyond calendar and inbox management. You are the operational backbone of the Co-Founder’s office, ensuring priorities, communication, and execution flow seamlessly in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

You will:
  • Own and manage the Co-Founders calendar, prioritizing meetings and commitments based on business goals and impact across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, acting as a role model for operational excellence and confidentiality.
  • Prepare high-quality internal and external communications including memos, decks, meeting notes, briefings, and presentations, often working closely with all departments.
  • Coordinate seamless travel and logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and event planning for offsites, board meetings, and key leadership gatherings.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and drive projects as required
