Job summary

Röhlig Logistics GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an EU Tender Manager for its European Tender Center of Excellence. Work virtually across ten European countries, coordinating stakeholders and delivering end-to-end tenders in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will analyse requirements, craft competitive proposals, and align pricing, timelines and risk management with cross-functional teams. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding qualification or a relevant university degree.
• Several years of freight forwarding experience, ideally in tender, pricing or commercial roles.
• Good knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight and international tender requirements.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with advanced MS Office/Excel knowledge.
• Fluent English, strong communication skills and a proactive, cross-cultural mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFQs/RFPs from analysis through submission and post-bid review.
• Coordinate all relevant stakeholders across Europe for assigned tenders.
• Analyse requirements and align competitive, executable solutions and pricing.
• Manage timelines, clarifications, risks and submission quality.
• Coordinate handover of won business and support implementation planning.

Join our virtual European TCoE as an EU Tender Manager and drive high-quality, competitive tenders across ten countries. The European Tender Center of Excellence (TCoE) is a virtual team supporting tender activities across ten European countries. It brings together tender expertise to deliver consistent, competitive customer proposals. As we establish our European TCoE, we are looking for an EU Tender Manager to manage end-to-end tenders and coordinate stakeholders across Europe.

What you will do
