Job summary

Domino's Pizza Germany is seeking a senior procurement and compliance professional to coordinate supplier documentation, maintain regulatory trackers, and drive governance across a multinational network. The role emphasizes PPWR, SEDEX, and EU regulatory readiness, with a strong collaboration across supply chain, legal, and procurement teams.

You will manage SharePoint repositories, audit trails, and continuous improvement efforts, while supporting internal controls and audit evidence

Qualifications

• 5+ years experiences in Procurement, Supply Chain, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Contract Administration; preferred background food industry or similar high speed agile, customer centric environment.
• Track record in multinational environment.
• Experiences in fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
• Engagement with cross functional stakeholders.
• As a plus, ideally experiences with PPWR, SEDEX, standardized contract and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, validation, and storage of supplier compliance documentation for appr. 190+ EU Food, Packaging, Uniform, Smallware, Hygiene suppliers.
• Maintain PPWR compliance trackers, dashboards, and reporting activities.
• Administer Sedex supplier data, audit records, corrective actions, and compliance status.
• Update status on EU Deforestation Regulation and keep updated with changing/new items.
• Monitor supplier certifications, declarations, and regulatory documentation alongside regular alignment with local teams.
• Support compliance reviews, internal controls, and audit evidence collection.
• Prepare compliance reports, KPI dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance updates.
• Coordinate internally audit follow ups.
• Manage SharePoint repositories and document retention processes.
• Follow up internal stakeholders and suppliers on outstanding actions and documentation.

Your primary activities are…

5. Monitor supplier certifications, declarations, and regulatory documentation (D365 Reporting + Maintenance) alongside regular alignment with individual local Supply Chain and Legal teams.
6. Support compliance reviews, internal controls, and audit evidence collection.
7. Prepare compliance reports, KPI dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance updates.
8. Coordinate internally audit follow ups
9. Manage SharePoint repositories and document retention processes.
10. Follow up internal stakeholders and suppliers on outstanding actions and documentation (Sedex, PPWR, EU Deforestation, EU Supplier Act)
11. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier governance, compliance, and contract management.

Experiences

1. 5+ years experiences in Procurement, Supply Chain, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Contract Administration; preferred background food industry or similar high speed agile, customer centric environment
