• Ability to define problems, create design options and deliver technically sound solutions.
• Hands-on design capability still willing to do real engineering work not purely management.
• Able to participate in high-level meetings with utilities and explain technical concepts clearly.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical analysis and design for overhead transmission line projects.
• Work with utilities EPCs to define technical problems and provide solutions.
• Join BD meetings with senior utility stakeholders for technical support.
• Work closely with Global CTO to develop design concepts and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical evaluation for pilot projects including design optimisation.
• Prepare or review technical documents and proposals.
• Support proposal / bid preparation together with leadership.
• Act as technical owner for the region and grow into CTO role.
• Coordinate external engineering consultants to ensure quality.
• Support early-stage project delivery once pilot projects are launched.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis and design for overhead transmission line projects in the region.
• Work directly with utilities EPCs and consulting firms to define technical problems and provide optimized solutions especially for capacity uprate and system upgrade projects.
• Join BD / management meetings with senior utility stakeholders provide technical support and translate client needs into engineering solutions.
• Work closely with our Global CTO and headquarters technical team to develop design concepts feasibility studies technical proposals and application engineering packages.
• Provide technical evaluation for pilot projects including line modelling design optimisation feasibility and risk assessment.
• Prepare or review technical documents : line design analysis drawings reports specifications and proposal inputs.
• Support proposal / bid preparation together with headquarters and regional leadership.
• Act as the technical owner for the region and gradually grow into the regional CTO / chief engineer role depending on performance.
• Coordinate external engineering consultants where needed and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Support early-stage project delivery coordination once pilot projects are launched.
