Vishish Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH sucht eine/n Equipment Automation Engineer (m/w/d) in Itzehoe, um die Integration von Produktionsausrüstung in 200/300mm-Fabs voranzutreiben und Automationslösungen zu entwickeln. Sie arbeiten eng mit MES, IT und Prozessingenieuren zusammen.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Automatisierung mit. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Erfahrungen mit SECS/GEM/GEM300 sowie Java oder C# sind von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in der Integration von Anlagen und Automatisierung in der Halbleiterindustrie.
• Kenntnisse in SECS/GEM (HSMS) und ideal GEM300.
• Erfahrung in der Integration und Modernisierung von Manufacturing-Systems.
• Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, vorzugsweise Java oder C#.
• Erfahrung mit Oracle oder Microsoft SQL Server.
• Verständnis von MES, APC und Fab-Automation-Architekturen.
• Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten in einer produktionskritischen Umgebung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Integration neuer und bestehender Produktionsausrüstungen in 200mm/300mm Fabs.
• Entwicklung, Wartung und Optimierung von Automatisierungs- und Integrationslösungen.
• Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Anlagenautomation basierend auf SECS/GEM, GEM300.
• Anbindung von Produktionsequipment an MES-Systeme und weitere IT-/Automatisierungs-Systeme.
• Konfiguration, Test, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme neuer Anlagenintegrationen.
• Unterstützung bei Upgrades, Retrofit und Abnahme durch Lieferanten.
• Analyse und Behebung von Kommunikations-, Schnittstellen- und Automatisierungsproblemen.
• Management und Weiterentwicklung von Integrations- & Automationsplattformen (z. B. Systema EI / RI Suite, AMAT EAP, ElasticSearch).
• Unterstützung von Standardisierungs- und Harmonisierungsvorhaben in Fab- und Anlagenautomation.
• Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, Integrationsstandards und Best Practices.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Geräteherstellern und internen Abteilungen (MES, IT, Prozessengineering, Instandhaltung).

Job Location:

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

• Integration of new and existing production equipment into our 200mm and 300mm fabs
• Development, maintenance and optimisation of automation and integration solutions for production equipment
• Implementation and further development of equipment automation based on SECS/GEM, GEM300 and related industry standards
• Connection of production equipment to MES systems and other higher-level IT and automation systems
• Configuration, testing, commissioning and approval of new equipment integrations
• Support for tool upgrades, retrofits and supplier acceptance tests
• Analysis and resolution of communication, interface and automation issues during ongoing production operations
• Management and further development of integration and automation platforms (e.g. Systema EI / RI Suite, AMAT EAP, ElasticSearch)
• Support for standardisation and harmonisation projects in the field of fab and equipment automation
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, integration standards and best practices
• Close collaboration with international equipment manufacturers and internal departments such as MES, IT, process engineering and maintenance

What you will bring along:

• A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in equipment integration and automation within the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM (HSMS) and, ideally, GEM300
• Experience in the integration and modernisation of manufacturing systems
• Basic programming skills, preferably in Java or C#
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
• Understanding of MES, APC and fab automation architectures
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner within a production-critical environment
• Very good command of German and English
• Knowledge of Windows- and Linux-based server environments would be an advantage
• Experience with Systema solutions, AMAT EAP or comparable integration platforms would be an advantage
• Experience working in international project teams and liaising directly with equipment suppliers would be an advantage
