Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Руководить составными EPC-проектами с контролем бюджета, сроков и качества.
• Руководить междисциплинарными проектными командами в международной матричной структуре.
• Проводить обзоры проектов, управлять изменениями, претензиями, рисками и KPI.
• Вести переговоры с заказчиками, поставщиками и внутренними стейкхолдерами на уровне руководства.
• Обеспечивать выполнение ключевых этапов, внедрение и финальные цели проекта.
• Формировать управленческие отчеты, эскалации и поддержку менее опытных PM.

As a Project Manager (all genders), you will independently manage complex and strategically important customer projects with a broad technological scope and a significant impact on our business results.

• Lead complex and strategically important EPC customer projects, with responsibility for costs, schedules and quality
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams in an international matrix organization
• Lead project, management and toll-gate reviews
• Conduct negotiations with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders at management level
• Manage complex technical, commercial and contractual project matters
• Take responsibility for changes, claims, risks, opportunities, key project KPIs and financial targets
• Ensure critical milestones, commissioning, acceptance and financial project objectives
• Provide management reporting, manage escalations and offer professional support to less experienced project managers

Требования:

• University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of solid experience independently managing complex EPC customer projects, ideally in BESS, rail and/or hydro
• Proven experience managing interdisciplinary project teams in a matrix organization
• Very good understanding of commercial, contractual and financial project relationships
• Experience in risk, change and claim management and in managing demanding project KPIs
• Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong decision-making and escalation skills
• Confident demeanor, excellent communication skills and negotiating skills with customers and stakeholders at management level
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility for project-related assignments
