Zusammenfassung

Radiology Partners is seeking a Change Management Leader to drive adoption of new technologies and workflows across our organization. You will partner with radiologists, operations teams, and stakeholders to assess impacts, coordinate communications, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives.

The role requires 3-5 years in change management or related fields, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and drive organizational adoption
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools; knowledge of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or healthcare operations preferred

POSITION SUMMARY


  • Lead change management initiatives that support the successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, and operational processes across the organization

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
