DaParrot Ltd. seeks an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex IT programs in a globally remote environment. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, status reviews, and guiding third-party deliverables. Strong English communication and PMP- or Scrum-based credentials are preferred, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience leading cross-cultural, remote and global project teams and customers.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline.
• Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
• Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
