Zusammenfassung

CACI seeks an Enterprise Architect to support the ELITE contract at USAFRICOM, Stuttgart, Germany. The role involves translating business strategy into a comprehensive enterprise architecture and IT service roadmap, ensuring security, resilience, and scalability across multiple systems.

Travel up to 10% and occasional OCONUS assignments are expected. Required are a Secret clearance (TS/SCI possible), 8+ years in IT with senior-architect experience, and proficiency with DoDAF/UAF frameworks.

Qualifikationen

The Opportunity

CACI has an excellent opportunity for a Enterprise Architect supporting the Enterprise Level Information Technology Expertise (ELITE) contract at the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) located in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.


Responsibilities


  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into a comprehensive enterprise architecture and IT service roadmap.

  • Service Strategy Development: Define and manage the IT service portfolio, ensuring all services are designed for business outcomes, cost-efficiency, and strategic alignment.

  • Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and engineering principles across the organization to ensure consistency, security, and quality.

  • IT Demand Management: Facilitate and support the IT Demand process, working closely with stakeholders to capture, evaluate, prioritize, and translate business demands into structured architectural and service requirements.


Qualifications

Required


  • Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role (Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Solution Engineer)

  • Demonstrated experience using Cameo Systems Modeler (or MagicDraw) to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Architecture models (e.g., DoDAF, UAF frameworks).

  • Proven experience translating business requirements into strategic IT roadmaps and architectural blueprints.

  • Strong background in solution architecture, with a demonstrated ability to design complex, multi-system solutions that are secure, resilient, and scalable.

  • Deep understanding of modern engineering principles, including DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and microservices architecture.


Desired


  • Professional enterprise architecture certifications, such as TOGAF, FEAC (DoDAF/UAF), or equivalent framework-specific credentials.

  • ITIL Certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus across the organization

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:


$99,300 - 208,600 USD
