What You’ll Do
  • Connect and inspire : Drive sales through proactive outreach, lead management, and relationship building.
  • Strategize for success : Develop and execute long-term sales plans to grow your market.

  • Engage daily : Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or recruitment (recent grads with strong work / internships experience welcome).
  • Experiences with Türkiye or the Russian Speaking Countries.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and a true team player.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospective students throughout the year.
  • Previous study abroad experience and / or sales background is a plus.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse markets —experience engaging with international audiences is highly valued.
