Job summary

Pall Corporation in Bad Kreuznach is seeking an Engineering Technician (f/m/d) to plan and set up complex experiments. You will perform and evaluate extensive tests, and maintain calibration of test equipment.

The role is part of the R&D team located in Bad Kreuznach, with collaboration across departments to deliver robust solutions. The ideal candidate has Vocational Lab Scientist training or a B.Sc./M.Sc.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as Lab Scientist with additional specialization (Technician) or degree in a scientific field (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
• Many years of experience performing difficult laboratory experiments.
• Experience with care and maintenance of systems and technologies; knowledge of testing methods.

Engineering Technician (f/m/d)

The Engineering Technician (f/m/d) is responsible for:

• Plan and set up difficult and extensive experiments and test series
• Perform, monitor and evaluate difficult and extensive experiments
• Maintain, calibrate test equipment and define test requirements

This position is part of the R&D Team and will be located in Bad Kreuznach.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Completed vocational training as Lab Scientist with additional specialization (Technician) or degree in a scientific field (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
• Many years of experience in performing difficult laboratory experiments
• Experience with care and maintenance of systems and technologies
• Extensive knowledge of testing methods and techniques
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in F&B industry or Fluid Handling
• Experience in handling of technical testing equipment
• Technical know-how and hands-on mentality
