Understanding Recruitment is recruiting for an RF Engineering Team Lead responsible for the development and integration of radio data links and tracking technologies for autonomous drones. The role leads a hardware/software team and shapes technical direction, processes, and future capabilities in a hybrid, Europe-based setting.

They're looking for a hands-on RF Engineering Team Lead to take ownership of the Data Link and Tracking systems, among the most expensive and mission-critical components of their drones.
