You will mentor engineers, drive architecture for complex, undefined problems, reduce technical debt, and foster experiment‑driven innovation while collaborating with English‑speaking colleagues; German language experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven software engineering experience in a fast-paced, scalable environment.
• At least 3 years leading cross-functional, agile teams using cutting-edge technologies on distributed systems.
• Effective English communication; German is a plus.

As an Engineering Manager at 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat AI GmbH, you will lead one of our cross‑functional app teams, empowering your engineers to own the full lifecycle of their products from development and deployment to day‑to‑day operations.

• AI‑assisted development with Cursor and agentic coding workflows

Key responsibilities
