1KOMMA5° is building an intelligent, integrated energy management system and seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate operational flows across the EMS teams. You will work with the Director of Engineering to ensure smooth, predictable execution and clear cross-team ownership.

You will connect product managers and engineers to resolve bottlenecks, track progress, and keep milestones on track. This role offers remote Germany-wide work with a path to full-time in Europe’s thriving scaleups.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in tech/engineering or a comparable field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in technical project management, IT project planning, consulting, or an operational role within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to read technical requirements and follow engineering development cycles.
• Familiarity with modern agile tools (Linear, Notion) and roadmap tools.
• Highly proactive, outcome-oriented hands-on mentality; able to turn unclear challenges into clean workflows.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills to align teams and keep timelines.

Your mission

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Technical Project Manager for Heartbeat AI to coordinate our operational flows and drive the day-to-day alignment across our 1K5° Energy Management System (EMS) teams.

In this role you will work directly with our Director of Engineering 1K5° EMS to ensure our executions runs smoothly and predictably. While our individual Product Managers focus on the feature definitions, you will be making sure that cross-team dependencies are clear, timelines are mapped out accurately, and everyone has what they need to deliver in time. You will bring teams together to solve operational bottlenecks, helping us scale Heartbeat AI fast and efficient.

• Set up and run a continuous operational sync across the 1K5° EMS domain, ensuring that surrounding teams stay connected and share clear ownership of cross-team topics
• Keep a close eye on technical and operational timelines across different engineering tracks, highlighting potential bottlenecks and resolving blockers before they impact key milestones
• Maintain a clear view of project progress, helping to communicate deadlines and delivery risks accurately back to the wider leadership
• Link our individual stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to streamline day-to-day operations and quickly resolve operational issues
• Continuously find ways to improve how we track our progress, using automated reporting structures or dashboards to keep our roadmap visible, simple, and up to date

Your profile

• You have completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on the tech or engineering domain or a comparable field
• You have 2–3 years of professional experience in technical project management, IT project planning, consulting, or an operational role within a fast-paced tech environment
• You understand how software engineering and product teams work together, making it easy for you to read technical requirements and follow engineering development cycles
• You are highly organized and comfortable working with modern agile project management, documentation, and roadmap tools (such as Linear, Notion, or equivalent)
• You bring a highly proactive, outcome-oriented hands‑on mentality. You enjoy taking complex or unclear operational challenges, turning them into clean workflows, and driving them forward independently
• You are an excellent communicator and a skilled moderator. You know how to balance diplomacy with assertiveness, allowing you to align different teams smoothly while keeping everyone accountable to project timelines
