mobile.de is seeking an Engineering Manager in Berlin to lead a software engineering team and drive data-driven product delivery. You’ll collaborate with Product, UX, and Business to craft pragmatic, testable solutions and contribute to our culture and ways of working.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this hybrid role is based in Berlin Charlottenburg with opportunities to shape leadership principles and expand AI-enabled processes within a fast-growing automotive tech environment.

You will report directly to the Head of Engineering. This is a hybrid role, and our office is located in Berlin Charlottenburg.

• Experience with Data product development is a plus.

As an engineering manager, you will

• Lead a team of software engineers. You will support their growth as engineers, business contributors, and teammates.


• Work closely with Product, UX, and Business to find pragmatic solutions for customer needs that can be easily and quickly A/B tested.


• Contribute to and shape our business, culture, and ways of working.


• Foster a data-driven culture, encouraging decisions based on metrics rather than gut feeling.


• Act as an ambassador for your team and build strong relationships with key partners from Product, Business, Analytics, Customer Service, and beyond.
