Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with AI research labs. We are seeking an evaluator for engineering/manufacturing/technical operations on a contract basis, working remotely. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics, identify errors, provide structured feedback, and help improve model performance, using your 5+ years of experience and fluency in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Slides is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Engineering / manufacturing / technical operations.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Position: Engineering / manufacturing / technical operations

Evaluator Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Location: Remote
