Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in software development, testing and/or quality assurance.
• Experience with modern test strategies, test automation and quality engineering.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, ideally combined with TypeScript and Playwright; willingness to learn additional languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or comparable solutions.
• Good German and excellent English language skills; self-driven and independent work style.

Your Job Description:

With our IIoT platform moneo, we connect sensor data, software, and AI to help companies monitor, analyze and optimize their machines and systems more intelligently. As part of our Quality team, you will support product teams in integrating quality into their daily work in a sustainable and self-driven way. In this role, you will act as an enabler, coach and technology advocate. At the same time, you will drive modern testing and automation approaches and actively promote the use of AI, helping shape the future of software quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a modern and scalable test strategy for our moneo software products
• Designing tools, frameworks and automation solutions for testing and quality engineering
• Shaping modern testing and automation practices and developing innovative solutions using state-of-the-art AI tools
• Establishing meaningful quality metrics and ensuring transparency regarding the quality status of our products
• Providing expert guidance to product development teams and supporting them in independently integrating quality into their development processes
• Actively supporting capability building in the areas of AI-assisted work and test strategy

Required qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in software development, testing and/or quality assurance
• Experience with modern test strategies, test automation and quality engineering in professional software environments
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, ideally combined with experience in TypeScript and Playwright, and a willingness to learn additional technologies and programming languages
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or comparable solutions
• Experience in coaching, mentoring or guiding teams is advantageousGood German and excellent English language skills, as well as a self-driven and independent way of working, are essential
