Your tasks and responsibilities

• Compiling and analyzing complex input data on aircraft cabin and cargo configurations for the interpretation and evaluation of aerodynamic characteristics based on gas-dynamic simulations.
• Applying data science techniques to analyze complex geometric and gas dynamic data to identify trends.
• Developing and implementing algorithms and scripts for data processing, analysis, and automation tasks (programming and coding).
• Conducting numerical analysis and simulations of complex cabin configurations and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including cabin & cargo design, stress, and systems engineers.
• Managing projects related to rapid decompression analysis, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Background in Aerodynamics, ideally with a focus on internal flows and experience in structural and cabin design.
• Proficiency in data science principles, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Expertise in programming and coding (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and proficiency in CATIA for 3D design.
• Proven ability in project management and an agile, open-minded approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Willingness to travel for business (up to once or twice per month) worldwide.
