Your tasks

• Independent assembly of complex customer‑specific boxbuilds according to production documents
• Preparation of cables for assembly
• Assembly of boxbuilt
• Crimping of contacts with semi‑automatic machines and hand tools and/or soldering of contacts and connectors
• Assignment of contacts according to production documents
• Support in adjacent areas (e.g. test field, cutting) if required

Your profile

• Completed technical training, preferably with a background in electronics
• Solid product knowledge and process knowledge
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and manufacturing documents
• Experience in connection techniques such as soldering and crimping
• High reliability and meticulous work ethic
• Knowledge of the Lapp Operation System and Lean Management
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
