Zusammenfassung

MicroAGI, Inc. is pioneering the data layer for physical AI. We are building EMG and related biosignal interfaces and are looking for engineers who can design robust analog front ends, reduce noise, and validate signals on real subjects in real work settings.

You will collaborate with researchers to explore gesture and force estimation, ensure electrode reliability, and deliver high-quality biosignal acquisition in dynamic environments. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience designing or working with EMG, EEG, ECG, or comparable biosignal acquisition.
  • Strong analog electronics: instrumentation amplifiers, filtering, grounding, shielding.
  • Signal processing in Python or MATLAB.
  • Experience with electrode selection and skin contact problems.
  • You have recorded from real subjects and dealt with what goes wrong.
  • High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • German is a plus.

Aufgaben

  • Design the analog front end for EMG and related biosignals. Electrodes, amplification, filtering, conversion.
  • Fight noise. Motion artifacts, mains interference, poor electrode contact, and everything else that ruins a recording outside a lab.
  • Own signal quality metrics and the checks that flag a bad channel during a session rather than after it.
  • Synchronize biosignal streams with video and IMU to a known and measured accuracy.
  • Work with research on what the signals can support, from gesture and force estimation to activation timing.
  • Validate the setup on real people doing real work, not on a bench with a test subject sitting still.

Jobbeschreibung

The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world. In factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century.

microagi is building it. We are the data layer for physical AI.

Cameras tell you what the hands did. They do not tell you how hard someone gripped or which muscle fired first. You will own biosignal capture on our devices. EMG in particular, EEG where it earns a place, and the analog design that decides whether the signal is usable at all.

What You Will Do
  • Design the analog front end for EMG and related biosignals.

  • You have recorded from real subjects and dealt with what goes wrong.
  • High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • German is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • sEMG decoding for gesture or force estimation.
  • Familiarity with medical device standards and biocompatibility.
