MicroAGI, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to design robust enclosures and mounts for factory-floor use. You will own tolerances, material choices, and the drawing package for suppliers.

Collaborate with the electronics team on fit, thermal paths, and cable routing; build and test prototypes, iterate designs, and drive design for manufacturability across injection molding and sheet metal.

German is a plus; wearables or handheld products experience is a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong CAD skills in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent.
• Design for manufacture experience, injection molding in particular.
• You have designed parts that were tooled and produced, not only printed.
• Comfortable with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, tolerance stacks, and material selection.
• Hands-on with prototyping, 3D printing, and mechanical testing.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
• German is a plus.

You will design the physical parts of our capture devices. Enclosures that survive a factory floor, mounts that hold a camera steady on someone who is moving all day, and every bracket and clip in between. Then you make sure they can actually be made.
