Fresenius Digital Technology GmbH is seeking a proactive EMEA Technology Change & Adoption Lead to drive adoption of end-user technologies across global teams. You will craft communications, develop user guides, and deliver workshops to ensure smooth transitions for Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-time-zone communications, producing training materials, and measuring adoption to inform ongoing change strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in IT change management and technology adoption projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, and ability to educate and upskill end users.
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training content.
• Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones and translating complex tech changes into actionable guidance.

• Coordinate major incident communications at global, regional, and local levels in EMEA time zones.

• Prepare training materials and coordinate logistics for sessions.
• Develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new and existing technologies.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and end users with clear guidance to support adoption.
• Monitor feedback and adoption metrics, providing reports and insights.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EMEA Technology Change & Adoption Lead (m/f/d) to strengthen our global team. You will be responsible for leading and supporting our technology adoption initiatives and ensuring smooth communication, training, and change strategies for end-user technologies.

Your responsibilities:

• Draft and edit technology communications for end users in clear, professional English and German
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials for tools such as Microsoft 365 Share support
• Major Incident communications at the global, regional and local levels in the EMEA time zones
• Design and deliver virtual workshops focused on end-user tools (e.g., Office 365 apps. Copilot)
• Prepare training materials and coordinate logistics for sessions
• Develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new and existing technologies
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users by translating complex technology changes into clear, actionable guidance that supports successful adoption
• Monitor feedback and adoption metrics, providing reports and insights
• Work across time zones with UK and US colleagues using collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Ensure timely updates and alignment on priorities

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in IT change management and technology adoption projects
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to educate, support, and upskill end users
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training content
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones
• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
