A global investment banking firm is seeking an experienced Payroll Practitioner based in Frankfurt to ensure the payroll process is executed flawlessly. This role involves processing payroll for Germany, Austria, and France, alongside ensuring compliance with local regulations and handling employee queries. Successful candidates should have at least three years of payroll experience in these regions, a degree in relevant fields, and be fluent in German or French and English. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days in the office.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Practitioner to ensure Houlihan Lokey’s payroll process is executed flawlessly and will scale with the growth of our business. This is an amazing opportunity to be a key contributor to the payroll team. This role reports into the International Payroll Supervisor. The Payroll Practitioner will work closely with our Workday HRIS, Compensation, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, and International Payroll Vendor/Platform teams.
This is a hybrid working position which requires a minimum of 2-3 days working in our Frankfurt or Paris office.
