Job summary

Solventum is seeking an EMEA North Real Estate & Facilities Manager to oversee regional portfolio management and facilities operations. You will lead multi-location Real Estate activities and drive improvement while aligning with corporate goals. Hybrid work is allowed with travel to Düsseldorf.

The role requires experience in regional FM/RE, vendor relations, and knowledge of industry standards like SFG20. A degree and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience in facilities management and real estate.
• Experience leading facilities management at country or regional level.
• Knowledge of SFG20 and similar building management practices.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
• Experience managing leased and owned property portfolios.
• Driver’s license preferred.
